Property Billboard was created for property investors, by property investors. In 2006 a group of property investors who needed somewhere to find deals to buy, and somewhere to advertise deals to trade, came up with the idea for Property Billboard. The idea was to create an open marketplace specifically for New Zealand property investors, where we could all come to buy and sell investment property deals. Naturally the greater the number of investors using this marketplace the better it is for the overall property investment community (including us)... so after a few months of development propertybillboard.co.nz was launched and is completely free to use without restriction. Our only requirement is that all deals posted on the site are to be of investment nature. Property Billboard was created to help us all in our property trading, and is constantly evolving. If you think of any suggestions to help improve the site, would like some specific features to help you use it, or notice any bugs along the way, please contact us to let us know.
