Contact a listing owner about their property. The contact screen contains the name
and phone number of the owner. You can also send a message through the website directly
from the contact screen. |

Email New Listings Every 1, 3 or 7 Days |

You can choose how frequently you wish to receive an email with the latest listings.
The
options are every 1,3 or 7 days. You can change your option on the Personal
Options page. |

Post Wanted Listings |

If you are looking to purchase an investment property you can add a wanted listing.
Members can view the criteria you have selected and
contact you when they have a suitable property that fits what you are looking for. Imagine members all over New Zealand looking out

On a property listing there is an Email to a Friend button which is located at the
top and bottom of the page. From here you’ll be directed to a page where you can fill
in your friend’s email address and write them a message. Click the send message
button and the property listing will be sent directly to their email
address. |

Create Member Profile |
|
|
|
|
Create a member profile about yourself. In the control panel you can add or make
changes to your member profile. You can include a photo and text about yourself
and information on your property investing. This is a highly recommended feature to
use on Property Billboard as it gives other members an understanding
of what you do and provides a little bit about who you are, adding credibility to your own
membership profile. |

Member Chat room |

Use the Property Billboard chat room to chat to other members about Property Investing.
It is a great central place to learn about property, help other investors and generate
some great discussions. You can also invite other members who are online
into the chat room. Within the chat room you can have private one on one discussion
or chat generally in the main chat rooms. |

of the property deal, and also appears highlighted at the top of the Homepage. |

Auto Assignment Documents |

When listing a new property on Property Billboard, you have the option of auto
generating an assignment form and attaching it to the listing. This is a great tool to utilize, as it takes away the hassle of having to email and/or fax numerous assignment forms
to buyers wanting your property. All a buyer has to do
is download the Assignment form, fill it in, sign it and email/fax it to you – deal done!! |
