Property Billboard was created for property investors, by property investors. In 2006 of a group of property investors who needed somewhere to find deals to buy, and somewhere to advertise deals to trade, came up with the idea for Property Billboard.

The idea was to create an open marketplace specifically for New Zealand property investors, where we could all come to buy and sell investment property deals. Naturally the greater the number of investors using this marketplace the better it is for the overall property investment community (including us)... so after a few months of development propertybillboard.co.nz was launched. Our only requirement is that all deals posted on the site are to be of investment nature and meet the assessment criteria.
