Property Billboard was created for property investors, by property investors. In
2006 a group of property investors who needed somewhere to find deals to buy, and
somewhere to advertise deals to trade, came up with the idea for Property Billboard.
The idea was to create an open marketplace specifically for New Zealand property
investors, where we could all come to buy and sell investment property deals. Naturally
the greater the number of investors using this marketplace the better it is for
the overall property investment community, so after a few months
of development propertybillboard.co.nz was launched.
Property Billboard was created to help us all in our property investing, and is constantly
evolving. If you think of any suggestions to help improve the site, would like some
specific features to help you use it, or notice any bugs along the way, please contact
us to let us know. We would love to hear your feedback on the site.
